Get Tiers (v2.0)

Retrieves tiers with enhanced filtering and pagination.

Features:

  • Limit-based retrieval (default 10, when page/size not used)
  • Page-based pagination (when page and size provided)
  • Full-text search across tier fields
  • Date-based filtering

Performance: Optimized query with indexed search
