Create HR Employee Details

RecVue enables creation of new HR employee records to maintain current workforce information for payroll processing, expense reporting, and sales rep assignments. This API creates a new employee record by accepting employee details including employee number, name components (prefix, first, middle, last), contact information (email, phone), job title, status, and custom attributes. The system validates that the employee number is unique before creation. Once created, the employee record becomes available for assignment to sales territories, expense approvals, and payroll operations. The API returns the newly created employee ID for reference in subsequent operations.
