Retrieves customer account site information including BU set name, account reference and employee details

Retrieves customer account site information from CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL table by custAcctSiteId or origSystemReference/source/purpose combination, enriching response with business unit set name from CORE_SET_ID_SETS, customer account reference from CUST_ACCOUNTS, partner details from PARTNERS, and employee full name from HR_EMPLOYEES.
